Today’s meditation is a Lectio Divina on Matthew 22:34-40 with Neil.

* Note, this meditation was one of the ones we guided at a music festival here in Thailand, so there will be more background noise than usual!

First, Neil will offer some exercises to bring your mind into a quiet space, and second, guide you through the meditation on the verses with lots of space and silence for contemplation.
